You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you’ll receive a partial-month refund. When downgrading you’ll maintain your current plan until the end of the billing period and then begin the downgraded plan at the start of the next billing period. If you have not entered a credit card previously, you mud do so to complete the enrollment.
- Select ” My Account” (top right of screen)
- Select “Account Information”
- Select “Change Your Plan”
- Select the subscription you prefer
- Click “Change your plan”
